SortMC is a Minecraft server listing platform that allows users to discover, add, and vote for Minecraft servers. We provide tools for server owners to promote their servers and for players to find communities to join.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to add servers, vote, or use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

4. Server Listings

  • You may only list servers that you own or have permission to list.
  • Server listings must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Servers that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or exploitation are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion.
  • Uploaded images (icons and banners) must be appropriate and not contain offensive content.

5. Voting

  • Each user may vote for a server once every 24 hours.
  • Vote manipulation, including using bots or multiple accounts, is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to reset votes or remove fraudulent votes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Post spam, misleading content, or impersonate others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Manipulate server rankings through fraudulent means

7. Intellectual Property

The SortMC name, logo, and website design are our property. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of server listings or the availability of listed servers. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of any Minecraft server listed on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SortMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
